Two Cypriot high-risk processors have disappeared over the last couple of months: LegionPay and SagaPay, connected to Marc Andrew Ingram, Andrew Anastasiou, Theo Antoniou, have shut down their websites. However, the two guys are still operating BrightCart, another high-risk payment processor and merchant services provider from Cyprus. It is operated via Belize-registered Brighter Technologies Ltd. BrightCart currently facilitates unauthorized broker schemes.

“MAI” evidently is the acronym of Marc Andrew Ingram, the company’s founder. He is also the registered director of LP Bonn Solutions Ltd in Cyprus. As of August or September 2022, the website had disappeared, and the domain Legion-pay.com was redirected to Saga-pay.com, which also disappeared.

BrightCart, according to the latest Similarweb statistics (December 2022), has mainly made facilitated the deposits for unauthorized offshore brokers such as PocketOption, PO2 aka PO Trade, or HonorFX (see our report here).
